Annual technical and user support service
Membership includes up to 20 hours of user and technical support throughout the year. Available Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays). Extra support may be purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis.
All future upgrades and software developments
Member organisations will receive all the new features and upgrades of Passport to Success at no additional cost, ensuring that they always have the latest version.
Unlimited users under one Passport to Success licence
Unlike other systems which charge per head, Passport to Success allows organisations an unlimited number of users, under one licence - with no hidden fees.
